Chicken Basket

Chicken Basket is a small booth, number 8 to be exact, in Phase 10 of Mohali. We are quite close to the PCA stadium, which gets incredibly crowded whenever there is a match going on. On those days, the whole area changes. Most of the time, though, Phase 10 is just a regular part of town. We also serve people coming from Chandigarh since we aren't that far off. It’s just a booth, so it’s not like a big sit-down restaurant with waiters in uniforms. We do things a bit more simply here. It’s a local Mohali spot where people just grab what they need. I’ve worked here for a while and I know most of the people who live in the nearby blocks. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because we don't need to. People know where we are. The space is tight, and on busy nights, it can get a bit chaotic behind the counter. We just try to keep up with the orders. It’s a practical business. We aren't part of a chain or a big company. It’s just a local shop in Sas Nagar. Sometimes the weather makes it tough when it rains hard, but we stay open. If you’re around the stadium or just in Phase 10, you can’t miss the booth. We’re just regular people making food for the neighborhood. We focus on the daily tasks and getting things done.
