We are located inside the Seth Dev Karan Das Complex, specifically at C7 on Kacheri Road. Being in Sundergarh, we get a lot of different people walking through the doors since the court and other offices are nearby. Our space isn't huge, but it's enough for what we do. We mostly handle orders and keep track of supplies coming in and out. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, really. The complex gets quite crowded in the afternoons, and the parking outside is always a bit of a mess. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it. It’s a practical place. We keep some samples on the shelves and a couple of old fans that rattle when they’re on high. My nephew helps me out with the heavy lifting and the deliveries. We usually grab lunch from the stall around the corner and eat right at the desk. There’s no corporate ladder here, just us trying to make sure the orders are right and the customers don't have to wait too long. It’s the kind of place where people stop in just to say hello even if they don’t need anything that day. We just try to stay on top of things and keep the business running smoothly in this busy part of town. Sometimes it gets loud, but we like it.
