Mjr Exports

We run Mjr Exports out of Ahmed Manzil, which is located at 30/1 Pathanpura. We are right by the Telephone Exchange, so it’s a pretty easy place to find if you’re in the neighborhood. The building has been around for a long time, and we’ve been using the ground floor for our operations for many years now. It’s a busy area with a lot of history. Most of us who work here grew up in this part of town, so we know all the local shopkeepers and the people living on the street. Our work involves getting goods ready for export, which means we spend a lot of time packing boxes and making sure all the customs forms are filled out correctly. The office is usually full of samples and packing materials, so it’s a bit of a mess most of the time. We don’t really mind because we know where everything is kept. My uncle started the business, and we’ve just kept it going since he retired. It’s not the most exciting work in the world, but it’s what we know how to do. We don’t have any big slogans or marketing plans. We just talk to our customers plainly and try to get their orders to them when we said we would. It’s a decent way to make a living and we like being part of this community.
