We are located at 13, Civil Lines in Roorkee. Our place is right opposite the Airtel office, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. We have been doing this for a long time, mostly setting up tents and managing the food for weddings and local events. The yard is usually full of iron poles, colorful fabrics, and big cooking utensils. It’s a messy business sometimes, especially when we are cleaning up after a big party or prepping for the next one. We spend a lot of time outdoors, making sure the tents are secure and the decorations look okay. Roorkee is a place where everyone knows everyone, so we get a lot of our work through word of mouth. We don’t have a fancy office; it’s more of a practical space where we store our gear and meet with families to plan their functions. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for years. They know how to handle the heavy lifting. On any given day, there’s someone washing dishes or folding up huge sheets of cloth. We try to keep things simple and honest. It’s a lot of long nights and early mornings, but that’s just how the catering and event business goes. We’re just regular people working in Civil Lines, trying to make sure the neighborhood’s celebrations go off without too much trouble.
