Anand Events And Caterers is out here at 682/10, Avas Vikas Road in Roorkee. We are in the West Amber Talab area. Most of our days are spent in the kitchen or out at venues setting up tables. Roorkee is a tight-knit place, and we’ve been serving the local community for a long time. We do a lot of the catering for weddings and family get-togethers. The food is what we focus on the most. We have a small crew of cooks and some helpers who have been with us for years. Our place on Avas Vikas Road is where we do all the prep work. It’s a busy environment with a lot of noise and heat from the stoves. We aren't some polished catering firm from a big city. We are just local folks who know how to feed a crowd. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and long hours on our feet. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to make sure the food is ready on time and that there’s enough for everyone. People around West Amber Talab know us, and we like it that way. It’s honest work and keeps us connected to the neighborhood. The kitchen gets humid in the summer, but that's just how it goes. We usually have the radio playing while we chop vegetables and prep the spices for the day.
