We are located at Shop No.427 in Gali No.4, which is in the Rampur Chungi area of Rampur. It’s quite near the Dehradun Road, so there is a lot of traffic passing by all the time. Our shop isn't very large, but it’s got everything we need to handle communication and service jobs. We spend most of our time fixing things or setting up communication lines for people around here. It’s the kind of place where people just drop by to ask a question about their setup. We’ve been at this address for a good bit now. Rampur is a busy place, and being near the main road helps people find us easily. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We just provide service to the locals who need their phones or systems looked at. Every day is a bit different. One day we might be at the shop all day, and the next we are out at a site near the highway. We use simple tools and try to explain things in plain English to anyone who asks. Gali No.4 can get a bit crowded during the middle of the day, but we are used to it. We keep our spare parts organized as best as we can, though it gets messy when we are busy. It’s just a small team of us working hard and making sure the communication services stay up for everyone.
