Our location is out in Village Telcup, near the Amjhore post office in the Rohtas district of Bihar. It’s a very different setting from a big city office. We are surrounded by more open space and the pace of life is a bit slower here, though the work remains constant. Being in the cement business means we are always dealing with heavy loads and transport schedules. This office serves as a point of contact for the local area and the surrounding districts. It’s a simple building, nothing too fancy, just some rooms for the staff and a place to store our records. We have a small team from the local village who help keep things running. Most of our day is spent checking on stock and making sure the distribution is going as planned. It can get quite hot here in the summer, and the roads aren't always the best, but we make it work. People around here know where to find us if they need to talk about their cement needs. We don't use big words or have complicated processes. We just talk to the drivers and the customers and get the bags moved. It’s a basic way of doing things, but it’s how we’ve always done it in Rohtas. We are just local people trying to keep the business moving in this part of Bihar. We show up every morning and stay until the job is done for the day.
