Sanskar Enterprises

You can find Sanskar Enterprises over in Building 203 in Saket Nagar. We’re right near the Hanuman Temple in Sasaram, Bihar. It’s a landmark everyone knows, so we just tell people to look for the temple. The business has been running out of this building for a few years now. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our stock and a small area where we do the paperwork. It’s nothing fancy, just a practical place to work. Being in Sasaram is good for us because we grew up around here and know the people. We handle a variety of things depending on what’s needed. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times it’s a bit chaotic with people coming in and out. We don't have a big staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from cleaning the floor to answering the phone. We don't use any complicated systems or software if we can help it. A simple notebook and a pen usually do the trick for us. We like to keep things direct. If a customer has a question, they talk to the person who actually knows the answer. There’s no waiting on hold or talking to a machine. We live close by, so we’re usually around even if the doors aren't officially open yet. It’s a local operation, and we like keeping it that way. No big goals of expanding everywhere, just staying steady here in Saket Nagar. That is enough for us.
