We are located at the house of Ramjee Singh’s son. It’s a very traditional setup in a rural part of Bihar. The pincode is 804410. It’s quiet out here most of the time, which is nice for focusing on the books. We don't have fancy office furniture or air conditioning, just what’s necessary to keep the records and handle the daily tasks. The road to Samhuta can be a bit rough and muddy after it rains, but we manage to get through. We spend our days dealing with the paperwork and talking to people who come by from the village. It’s a very community-focused environment. There’s a small tea stall not far from us where we usually go for a quick break in the afternoon. People in the village stop by to say hello or ask questions about what we are doing. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy to show off. It’s just a humble place where we get our work done day by day. Rohtas is a beautiful area, and being based in a village like Samhuta keeps us connected to everyone.
