We operate out of Plot No. 203 here in Dehri Onsone, which is tucked away near the Densti School. Since we do engineering and construction work, our office usually looks like a work site itself. There are rolled-up papers on the tables, safety vests hanging by the door, and usually a bit of mud on the floor from someone coming back from a site visit. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find polished floors or fancy desks. We are mostly folks who spend more time outside in the sun than behind a computer. When we are in the office, it’s usually to talk about a project schedule or figure out why a truck of materials hasn't arrived yet. The school nearby means there’s a lot of noise from kids playing during the day, which keeps the place feeling busy. Dehri Onsone is a decent place to be based, even if the roads get a bit rough when the weather turns bad. We have a couple of old machines that hum loudly, and the coffee is usually too strong, but it keeps us going. We’ve been at this for a while, just taking on one job after another and trying to keep everything on track. Our team is small at this location, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. It’s a practical, messy, busy way to work, but it’s what we know how to do.
