Our office is located in Sasaram, Bihar. We are in Raj Colony, staying with Ram Abadh Tiwary. Sasaram is a place with a lot of history, but our day-to-day life here is pretty simple. Raj Colony is a relatively quiet area compared to the main market. We have a basic setup where we handle all our local operations. It’s not a big corporate headquarters by any means. It’s more like a home office where things are done with a personal touch. We know everyone’s name and we don't really use formal titles much. The weather can be quite hot here in the summer, so we just try to get the heavy work done early. We don't have a big website or a social media page. Most people who need to find us already know where we are. We just focus on being reliable and getting our tasks finished on time. It’s a very straightforward way of working. There are no fancy meetings or long presentations. We just sit down, talk about what needs to happen, and then we do it. It’s a relaxed but busy atmosphere. We like being part of the local community here in Sasaram. It feels right for the kind of work we do. We usually have a bit of a laugh over lunch and keep the mood light.
