Straightway Tech. Solutions

Our office is G-15 in Ashoka Plaza. If you are looking for us, we are tucked right behind the ICICI Bank in ParaN. It’s a handy landmark because everyone knows where the bank is. Straightway Tech. Solutions is a small operation, really. We don't have a whole lot of staff, just a few of us who know the technical side of things. The plaza can be a bit quiet on some days and very loud on others, depending on what’s happening at the bank or the other shops nearby. We have a few computers set up and a lot of spare parts in the back room. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. The lighting in G-15 is a bit dim, so we have some extra lamps on our desks to see what we are doing. We spend most of our time troubleshooting things or answering calls from people who have run into problems. It’s a straightforward kind of life. We don’t bother with fancy brochures or marketing stuff because we are usually too busy with the work at hand. Sometimes the air conditioning makes a weird noise, but we’ve learned to ignore it. People come in, tell us what’s wrong, and we see if we can fix it. That is pretty much the whole story of what happens here at Ashoka Plaza every day.
