Sewara Hospitality & Development

We are based out of Hno:- 1441/31 in Kamala Nagar, over in Rohtak. It’s a residential-feeling area but we run our hospitality and development work right from here at Sewara Hospitality & Development. Haryana summers are no joke, so we usually have the AC running as much as we can. The office is basically a few rooms where we discuss projects and look at plans. It is not a flashy corporate headquarters. We have some old wooden furniture and a lot of files piled up in the corners. We spend a lot of time on the road visiting different sites or meeting with people across Rohtak and beyond. When we are in the office, it’s mostly about emails and making sure the accounts are in order. We have a small kitchen where we make tea for anyone who drops by. It’s a quiet street for the most part, except when the school nearby lets out and the kids are everywhere. We don’t do things in a very formal way here; it’s more about sitting down and figuring out the work for the week. The floors are tile and we have to sweep them often because of the local construction nearby. It’s a straightforward operation, just a handful of staff trying to keep all the projects moving along smoothly without any big drama. We’ve been in this Kamala Nagar spot for a while now.
