Our administrative setup is split between a few spots, but the main one people look for is at 1342/28, Malik Villa in Arjun Nagar, Rohtak. We also have that other address at 80-C Mig Flats in Paschim Vihar over in New Delhi. It means we are constantly moving things back and forth between the two locations. The Rohtak office is where a lot of the heavy lifting happens regarding paperwork and student files. It’s located in a more residential-style building, so it doesn't have that cold, institutional feel you might expect from a college office. Inside, there are stacks of registers and application forms everywhere. The staff there has been together for a long time, so we just shout across the room when we need something instead of sending formal emails. In Delhi, the Paschim Vihar spot is smaller and more of a convenient point for people who can't make the trip out to Rohtak. It’s a bit of a juggle keeping both places running at the same time, especially when there’s a lot of mail to sort through. We don't have a big fancy reception area with a giant logo on the wall. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and filing cabinets tucked into every available corner. We just try to stay on top of the administrative side of the engineering college without making things more complicated than they need to be for the students.
