Hindustan Academy

Hindustan Academy is over at 424/29 Chootu Ram Nagar. It’s a regular building in a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet for the most part except when classes are letting out. We started this place because we saw a lot of kids in Chootu Ram Nagar who needed a bit more help with their schoolwork. It isn't a fancy school with big gates, just some classrooms and desks where people can focus on their books. We spend our days going over lessons and explaining things that might not have made sense the first time in class. It gets a bit crowded in the afternoons when everyone gets out of school at the same time. The rooms can get a little warm when it’s hot outside, but we keep the fans going and everyone just gets on with it. We aren't trying to be some high-end institution. We just want to make sure the students who come here actually understand what they're reading. Parents stop by to talk about their kids' progress, and we give them the straight story on how things are going. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a lesson if a student is struggling. It’s just how it is when you’re trying to help someone learn. Chootu Ram Nagar is a good place to be, and we like being part of the neighborhood. We keep the books updated and the chairs ready for the next group.
