Sanjhi Haveli

Sanjhi Haveli is our place in Rohtak, right in the Meghna Complex at the Sheela Byepass. It’s a location that stays quite busy because of all the vehicles coming off the main road. We’ve been here for several years now, just serving the people who live nearby and those who are traveling through this part of Haryana. The setup inside is very basic, with just enough room for families or groups to sit together. We focus on making the kind of food we’ve been eating since we were kids, nothing too complicated or modern. My brother and I run the show, and we have a couple of helpers who have become like family to us. We don't really do any big marketing; most people just see our sign when they’re driving past the bypass and decide to stop for a bite. On the weekends, it can get a bit loud when the local families come in, but during the week, it’s mostly just a steady stream of regulars. We spend our mornings getting the kitchen ready and making sure we have enough fresh ingredients for the day. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when it's really crowded, but we always manage to get the food out eventually. It’s just a normal, everyday business for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy decor, we just want to provide a place where you can eat and move on.
