Rosa Steel (India)

Rosa Steel (India) is located right on Hissar Road at number 157 in the I.D.C. area. It’s an industrial spot, so there’s always trucks and dust around. We’ve been operating from this same building for a long time. Most of what we do involves handling steel and making sure orders get out when they are supposed to. The shop floor is usually covered in scrap and tools, but we know where everything is. It’s a noisy environment, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. People usually find us because they need something specific in metal. Hissar Road can be quite a drive if you’re coming from the city center. We keep things pretty simple here. There are no big meetings or fancy suits. Just us in our work clothes dealing with the heat and the metal. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half the morning fixing them, but that’s just part of the business. We keep a small crew and everyone knows their role. It’s just plain work. If you drop by, you’ll likely see us loading up a truck or cutting something to size. That’s pretty much the whole story of our daily life here at the yard. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny building. We just want to finish the orders and get home to our families at the end of the shift.
