Suzu Steel India Pvt. Ltd. operates out of the unit at 110, I.D.C., right on Hissar Road. It’s an industrial area, so it’s mostly warehouses and factories around us. We’ve been at this location for some time now. Our daily routine is mostly about managing the steel stock and making sure the orders are ready for pickup. It's a lot of manual labor and keeping track of the inventory numbers. The office is just a small corner of the building because most of the action happens out on the main floor. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It's just a place where work gets done. The guys on the floor know their way around the metal, and we try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can. Hissar Road can get pretty busy with traffic, especially with all the big lorries moving through the I.D.C. section. We just focus on what's inside our gates. It's not a flashy business. We don't spend money on big signs or advertising. Most people who know us just come straight to the address when they need something. We deal with a lot of heavy material, so things can get a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of running a business in a place like this. We just keep at it and make sure the trucks get loaded correctly.
