Jain Shoppe

Jain Shoppe is located right on Vaish College Road in Rohtak. It’s a busy street with people coming and going all day long. We’ve been here for a while, and most of the neighbors know us by now. The shop isn't very large, but we try to fit everything on the shelves so people can see what we have. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded inside when more than three people walk in at once. We don’t have fancy lighting or those big glass displays you see in the malls. It’s just a regular local shop where we sit behind the counter and wait for customers. The fan on the ceiling makes a bit of a clicking noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We get a lot of students from the college walking by, especially in the afternoons. Sometimes they stop in to buy something small or just to ask for the time. We keep a ledger for the regular accounts and a small stool for anyone who needs to rest their legs for a minute. Rohtak weather can be quite harsh, really hot in the summer and cold in the winter, so we usually have the door halfway shut to keep the dust out. It’s a simple life here on Vaish College Road, just keeping the shop running and talking to the people who stop by daily.
