We are based at Shop No 236 in the Huda Complex in Rohtak. It’s a pretty large commercial area, so there are shops for everything here. We are located near Jad Computer, which is how most people find us if they get lost among the different blocks. Rohtak is a place where people take their food and events seriously, so being in the Huda Complex keeps us busy. Our shop isn't huge, but it has enough room for us to handle the paperwork and the planning for the catering. You can usually find some of our equipment stacked up or being loaded into a van nearby. The complex itself is always full of people running errands or going to work. It’s a lot of concrete and metal shutters, typical for a Huda market. Sometimes the drains in the area act up or the parking is a nightmare, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be a five-star hotel office. We are just a local catering and event business. The noise of the city is always there in the background. Most of our day is spent talking to vendors or checking lists. Being near Jad Computer is a good landmark for the delivery guys who bring us supplies. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We’ve been in Rohtak for a long time, and this shop is our main base for everything we do to keep things moving.
