Our shop is number 47 on Gohana Road in Rohtak. If you know where Dayanand Math is, we are right opposite that, near the Gohana Adda. It’s a busy part of town. We spend most of our time dealing with food and wedding arrangements. It’s a lot of work, especially during the wedding season when everything happens at once. The kitchen gets hot and the office gets crowded with samples and fabrics. We aren't some big city agency with a polished website. We are just local folks who know how to put a meal together for a crowd. We’ve been at this spot for a good while. Some days we are out on the road more than we are in the shop. Planning a wedding involves a lot of small details that people don’t always see. We try to keep track of it all on paper. It's not always perfect, and sometimes we have to change things on the fly. That’s just how it goes with weddings and catering. People in Rohtak know us from being around the Adda. We don't do much advertising; our work usually speaks for itself when people eat the food. It’s a tough business with long nights, but it’s what we do. We just focus on getting the plates out and making sure the tents are up. It’s practical, everyday work that keeps us on our feet.
