Our shop is in Rattan Complex, specifically Gf-07 on Jhajjar Road. We are directly opposite Saini Dharamshala. If you are driving down that road, you can't miss the dharamshala, so we are easy to find. The complex itself is quite busy during the afternoons. There’s always someone moving boxes or bikes parked everywhere. We’ve been operating out of this ground floor unit for a while now. It’s not a huge space, but we have enough room for all the components and tools we need. The light inside isn’t the best, so we use a few extra desk lamps when we’re working on something small. On rainy days, the water tends to puddle up near the entrance of the complex, which is a bit of a pain for everyone. Jhajjar Road stays crowded until late evening. We usually keep the front door open to let some air in, even if it gets a bit noisy with the horns. Most people stop by because they are already in the area for something else. It feels like a very local spot. We know the other shopkeepers in the building. We help each other out if someone needs change or a bit of tape. It’s a basic setup without any bells and whistles. We just focus on the machines and the parts. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, so we just wait it out until the power comes back on and we can finish.
