We are located right on Railway Road in Rishikesh, which gets pretty busy during the peak seasons. Being near the SBI main branch helps people find us easily, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache around here. Rudraksha Tent Decorator & Caterers has been part of this neighborhood for a while now. Most days you’ll find us sorting out stacks of chairs or checking the fabric for the tents. It’s hard work, especially when the sun is beating down, but we just get on with it. When we handle the catering side, the kitchen stays busy from early morning. We don’t do anything too fancy, just honest cooking that people seem to like at their functions. Sometimes we are out in the hills setting things up, and other times we are right here in town. The team is just a few local guys who know how to tie a knot properly so nothing falls over if the wind picks up. We’ve seen a lot of weddings and small gatherings over the years. It’s funny how much things change on this road, but the need for a good tent stays the same. We keep our equipment in the back and try to keep everything organized, though it gets messy when three events happen at once. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. People just stop by the shop to talk about their dates and what they need. We listen and tell them what we can do.
