E-Lang Private Limited

E-Lang Private Limited is out in Ri Bhoi, specifically in the Byrnihat area near the old Me.E.C.E.L. sub station at Amjok. It’s a bit of an industrial-feeling area because of the sub station nearby. We’ve got a modest setup here. It’s not a place you’d find in a glossy magazine. We have our computers and some basic furniture, and that’s enough for us. The work we do involves a lot of technical thinking and staying in front of monitors for long hours. Being near the sub station means we usually have a good landmark for people to find us, though we don't get many visitors. It’s a practical location for a business like ours. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more focused on the software and tech tasks we have at hand. Some days it gets pretty loud outside with the trucks and activity in Byrnihat, but we just put our headphones on and keep working. We are a small group of people who just wanted to start something in this part of Meghalaya. It’s a steady life. We don’t have any grand claims to make about being the biggest or the best. We just show up every morning and try to get through our tasks before the day ends. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for long afternoons.
