Our facility is out on Rewari Road, specifically in the Gadipur Post area. It’s a bit of a drive out from the main town center, which is fine because we need the space for our operations. The Malt Company (India) handles a lot of grain and processing work here. You can usually smell the grain when you get close to the gate. It’s a large plot with several buildings for different parts of the malting process. We have a lot of workers coming in on their cycles every morning. The office is just a small brick building near the entrance where we keep all the records. It’s not air-conditioned everywhere, so it gets pretty warm in the summer months. We don't spend much on advertising or anything like that. Word of mouth and long-standing relationships are what keep us going. The road outside can get quite busy with trucks carrying all sorts of things, not just our stuff. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of the batches and making sure the storage is dry. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping an eye on the details. We aren't some big corporate entity with shiny floors. We’re just a bunch of people working with grain and making sure the product is what it should be. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve been following for years now. It works for us.
