Sachin Family Hotel & Caterers

Sachin Family Hotel & Caterers is situated right on National Highway-8 in the Kaapdivaas area. We are very close to Pashupati Chowk in Rewari. Being on the highway means we see a lot of different people every day. Truck drivers, families on road trips, and local workers all stop by here. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it has plenty of space for people to park their vehicles. Inside, we have a dining area that is usually humming with the sound of the highway traffic outside. We also have a catering side to the business. This keeps us on our toes because we have to prepare food for weddings and parties in the nearby villages. We have these large metal containers that we pack into our van to take the food to the venues. It’s a lot of lifting and moving stuff around, especially during the busy marriage season. At the hotel, we keep the tea pot going almost all the time. The menu has a bit of everything because people have different tastes when they are traveling. The staff are just local guys who know the area well. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a big group arrives suddenly, but we manage to get the food out. It’s a family business, so someone is always here to make sure things are moving. We don't use any fancy systems, just a notebook and some hard work to keep things going.
