First Bite

We are located inside the BMG Mall on the second floor, right on Circular Road in Rewari. Being in a mall is a bit different than having a standalone shop because we have to follow the mall's schedule and keep everything looking tidy for the shoppers. Our space is just a regular shop where we serve people who are out for the day. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for what we do. Circular Road is usually a mess of traffic, so it’s nice for people to come into the mall where it’s a bit more organized. We spend our mornings getting the equipment ready and checking our supplies. We don’t have a big marketing budget or any fancy corporate slogans. We’re just a small business trying to make a go of it in Rewari. The mall gets really busy on Saturdays and Sundays, so those are our longest days. We have a small team of workers, and we all help each other out when things get crowded. The second floor has a lot of other shops, so we know the people who work next door and downstairs. It’s a bit of a community within the mall. We keep the decorations simple because we want the focus to be on the work we do. It’s a straightforward job, and we’ve been here long enough to know what to expect. We just open up, do our thing, and go home.
