Universal Institute Of Computer And Management is located in Rewa. We don't have a long, complicated address because everyone around here knows where the main spots are. The institute is basically a few rooms filled with computers and chairs. It is not like a big university with a campus and a cafeteria. We just have the space we need to teach people how to use software and manage businesses. The walls are a bit plain, maybe they could use a fresh coat of paint, but they do the job. During the day, it gets quite loud with students talking and the sound of typing. We try to keep the computers running well, even though some of them are getting a bit old now. The internet can be slow sometimes, which is a bit of a pain when we are trying to show something online. We don't use any fancy management words or have big missions. We just show up and help people learn what they need to know for their jobs. Most of the students are from nearby villages or the town itself. In the afternoons, when the classes are over, it gets very quiet and we spend time cleaning the keyboards and shutting everything down. It’s a simple routine, but it has worked for us for a long time now.
