Theme Engineer Associates & Management

We are located at Plot No. Mig 33 on Housing Road, right in the Colony Bada Bada area. There’s a Shiv Temple nearby which is a nice quiet spot in the middle of everything. Theme Engineer Associates & Management is our name, but we mostly just think of ourselves as a group of people working on local engineering and management tasks. It’s not a high-rise office building or anything like that. We are part of the housing colony, so it feels a bit more like a home-grown business. We handle a variety of things related to engineering projects and managing how they get done. It involves a lot of meetings and checking on progress. The atmosphere around Bada Bada is generally friendly, and we like being situated near the temple. It gives the place a good feel. We don't go in for big mission statements or anything like that. We just show up at the office on Housing Road and get through the tasks on our list. Some projects are more complicated than others, and sometimes things don't go exactly to plan, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We’ve been in this colony for a while and have gotten to know the people around us. It’s just a regular local business trying to do honest work.
