Our brickyard is located on Chiku Road, just a short distance from the National Highway. Being so close to the highway makes it easier for the big trucks to get in and out, which is a good thing because we move a lot of bricks. It’s an outdoor operation, so we’re always at the mercy of the weather. When it rains, things get pretty muddy, and when it’s dry, the dust is everywhere. We spend our days stacking bricks, checking the kilns, and making sure the loads are ready for delivery. It’s hard physical work, and we’re usually pretty tired by the time we close up. We don't have a fancy showroom; the bricks are just stacked in the yard for everyone to see. If you’re looking for something specific, you just have to walk around with us and take a look at what we’ve pulled from the latest batches. We’ve been operating here for a long time, and the locals know us as the place near the highway. We don't go in for big marketing or anything like that. We just focus on making the bricks and getting them to the people who need them for their houses or walls. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, so we’re like a small family working in the dirt and keeping things moving.
