Computer Care

Computer Care is tucked away on the first floor of Shilpi Plaza in A Block. S/8 is the shop number if you are looking for it. It can be a bit of a maze in here sometimes with all the different shops, but once you find the stairs, it’s straightforward. We’ve been in this plaza for quite a while now. It’s a busy place with people coming and going. We handle a lot of different computer issues, mostly laptops that won't turn on or screens that got cracked. The space isn't very big, so it gets crowded quickly when we have a lot of machines waiting to be fixed. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes there are parts everywhere when we are in the middle of a big job. It’s mostly just hard work and trying to figure out why things stopped working. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in the city, just a reliable one for the people who shop at the plaza. Some days are quieter than others, which gives us time to catch up on paperwork or clean the keyboards. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. People usually drop their stuff off while they go do other errands in the building. It works out well for everyone. If you’re around Shilpi Plaza and need something checked, just come up to the first floor and look for the sign.
