Ashish Computer & Associates

Ashish Computer & Associates is located right near the Nagar Nigam building, in shops number 1 and 2. It’s a handy spot because everyone knows where the corporation office is. The shop isn't very large, so we have to use every bit of space for the computer parts and accessories. We’ve got monitors, keyboards, and lots of cables tangled up in the back room. Most of the day is spent at the workbench or talking to people about their machines. It gets quite loud sometimes with the noise from the street and the humming of the fans we have running. We try to keep things tidy, but when you are dealing with screws and small parts, things tend to get messy pretty fast. There is always a stack of paperwork on the desk that needs sorting out. We are just a small group of people who know our way around a motherboard. We don't have any fancy carpets or soft chairs. It’s a working shop. People come in when their laptop starts acting up or they need a new mouse. We give them what they need and they go on their way. It's been this way since we opened up here. We know the tea seller nearby and the other shopkeepers. It feels like a community. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes in.
