It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of noise from horns and people moving about. We sell hardware supplies, the kind of things you need when something breaks at home or you’re building something new. The shop is filled with the smell of metal and oil, which is something you just get used to after a week of working here. We have everything from nails and screws to bigger tools hanging on the walls. It’s not the most organized place, but we usually know exactly where everything is hiding. We spend our days helping people figure out which part they need for a repair. Sometimes we don't have exactly what they want, so we have to order it or tell them where else to look.
