We've been at this spot on Natli Road for a good while now. It’s right near Chirayu Hospital, so most people use that as a landmark when they’re trying to find us. We mostly deal with all the wireless stuff and computer parts that people need for their homes or small offices. The shop isn’t huge, but we keep it organized enough to find what we’re looking for when someone walks in with a broken router or a laptop that won't connect to anything. Sometimes the road gets pretty busy with all the hospital traffic, but we like the spot. Usually, it's just one or two of us here behind the counter. We spend a lot of the day testing cables or checking signals on different devices. People come in asking all sorts of questions about why their internet is slow or which antenna they should buy. We just try to give them a straight answer without making it too complicated. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and trial and error, honestly. Sometimes a part doesn't work right out of the box and we have to swap it, that's just how it goes with electronics. We don't have any fancy displays or anything. It's just shelves of gear and a couple of workbenches in the back where we tinker with things. We stay open pretty regular hours unless something comes up. If you're coming from the main road, just look for the hospital sign and we are right there.
