Force-Ii Security & Labour Services is based out of Shop No. 13 in the City Market. We are right in the heart of the Main Market, not far from the Vitthal Temple. It is a very busy spot, especially on festival days when the temple gets crowded. We provide security guards and labor for all sorts of jobs around town. It is mostly about finding the right people for the right kind of work. Our office is small, just enough space for a desk and a few chairs for when people come in to apply for work or ask about hiring. We do not have a big human resources department; it is just us talking to people face-to-face. Sometimes it is hard to find good workers, and other times it is hard to find enough jobs for everyone, but we do our best to balance it out. We have been part of the City Market community for a long time now. People know they can find us here if they need some extra hands for a project or someone to watch over their property at night. We do not use any fancy slogans or promises. We just try to be fair and get the job done properly. The noise from the market is constant, but you get used to it after a few years. It is a honest way to make a living, helping people find work and helping businesses stay secure.
