Pioneer Cement Products

Over at Plot No.- A-31/1 in the MIDC area of Mirjole, things are pretty straightforward. Pioneer Cement Products is a place where we deal with concrete and grit every day. Being in an MIDC zone means we are surrounded by other factories and lots of noise, which is just the way it goes in this line of work. We don't have a fancy showroom. What you see is a yard full of cement products and the equipment we use to make them. It’s a bit messy, and the ground is usually covered in a thin layer of gray dust. We show up, get the mixers going, and see what needs to be cast for the day. It’s physical, tiring work, especially when the weather isn't helping. We don't spend time on social media or writing long speeches about what we do. If someone needs cement items, they drive down to Mirjole and talk to us. We’ve had the same routine for years. Some days are better than others, depending on how the machines are behaving. We just try to keep things moving so we don't fall behind on what people are waiting for. It’s not a complicated business model. We make things out of cement, we sell them, and we come back the next day to do it again. That's our life at A-31/1.
