It is quite loud here at 166 Chandni Chowk in Ratlam. If you know the area, you know how the market gets during the day. I am Khushal Agrawal, and I spend most of my time right here in the middle of all that noise. The shop is small, and there are boxes everywhere because we never seem to have enough space for everything. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit when it is on high, but it keeps the heat away during those hot Ratlam afternoons. I usually start the day by sweeping the front step and saying hello to the neighbor who sells snacks. We do not have a big team or anything, just a few hands to help out when things get busy. Some days are packed with people coming in and out, and other days I just sit and watch the traffic go by. It is a very old building, so the stairs are narrow and the lighting is not the brightest. I like being in Chandni Chowk because everything is close by. You do not need to go far to find what you need. My family has been around this area for a long time. It is a bit chaotic with the scooters honking and the shouting from the street vendors, but it feels like home. I do not have a fancy website or a big sign, just the address and my name on the door.
