Ihi Cropscience Private Limited

We are located at A 43 in Mid Town Colony. It’s right near the Power House over in Ratlam. Ihi Cropscience Private Limited isn't a huge operation. We mostly spend our time looking at how to help the local crops grow a bit better. People around here in Madhya Pradesh really depend on their fields to survive. We spend a lot of time thinking about the dirt and the plants. Our office is just in a regular neighborhood street. It gets a bit noisy during the day because of the power house being so close. We have been here for a while now, and we've gotten used to the sound. Some of us studied agriculture at school, while others just learned by doing the work. It's a real mix of people. We don't wear suits or fancy clothes around here. Usually, it's just everyday work clothes that can get a bit dirty. There's a lot of paperwork to deal with sometimes. We try our best to keep up with it all. Ratlam is a good place to be for this kind of agricultural work. The local farmers come by and tell us what’s happening in their specific patches of land. We listen to them and see what we can do to help out. It's all very practical stuff. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want the harvests to be okay. Sometimes the seeds don't do what you expect, but we keep trying.
