Chirag Pharmaceuticals

Chirag Pharmaceuticals is located right at 76/A in Pratap Nagar. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while, and most of the locals know our building by now. It’s not a huge place, just a standard setup with lots of shelves and boxes everywhere you look. Working with medicine means we have to be pretty careful with how we organize things, so we spend a lot of our time checking labels and making sure everything is where it should be. It can get a bit hectic when several deliveries show up at once and we’re trying to find space for all the new stock. We don’t have any fancy robots or anything like that; it’s just us moving stuff around by hand. Some days are slow and we just sit around the front desk talking while we wait for the phone to ring. We deal with a lot of different clinics and shops, so there’s always someone calling about an order or asking if we have a specific item in the back. It’s a straightforward business, really. We just focus on getting the supplies out to the people who need them. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we started, but our daily routine stays pretty much the same. We aren't looking to grow into some massive empire; we’re just happy doing our jobs and keeping the business running smoothly here in Pratap Nagar.
