You can find Avi Computer'S right at Shop Number 9 in Shri Ram Market. It’s right there at the new road turn in Shastri Nagar, Ratlam. The market is always loud and there is a lot of dust from the road, but it’s a good spot to be. We’ve been here long enough that we know the guys in the shops next door pretty well. We fix a lot of computers and sell parts when people need them. The shop is small, so we have boxes stacked up high against the walls. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when more than two customers come in at once, but we make it work. Ratlam gets really hot in the summer, so the small fan behind the counter is our best friend. We don't have any big corporate rules or uniforms. I usually just wear whatever is clean that day. People bring in their laptops with all sorts of problems, some spilled tea on the keyboard or the screen just went black for no reason. We take a look, tell them what’s wrong, and try to get it back to them fast. It is mostly local students and office workers who stop by. We aren't trying to become some giant company, we just like being the local computer guys. There’s always someone stopping by just to chat for a minute while they’re out doing their shopping in Shastri Nagar.
