Veeramani Biscuit Industries Limited

We are located in Harithapuri Colony, which is in the Gurramguda area. It’s out near Injapur Post in the Rr District. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here, but it’s quieter than being right in the middle of the city. We make biscuits here. The whole place usually smells like baking flour and sugar, which isn't a bad way to spend the day. We have a good number of people from the local area who walk to work. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep things simple. There are ovens and packing lines running most of the time. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations in the office. It’s mostly just calendars on the wall and some samples of what we made that day. Sometimes the machines act up, and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing a belt or a motor. It’s just part of the routine. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People know our biscuits, and that seems to be enough for us. We’ve been in this spot for a good while, and we’ve seen the colony grow up around us. It used to be much more empty. Now there are houses everywhere. We just keep doing what we’ve always done. Making sure the dough is right and the ovens are at the right heat. It’s a lot of standing on your feet, but it’s okay for us.
