S L T Farms

S L T Farms is located out at 12-14, Ranga Reddy Pally. It’s a bit away from the main town, which is exactly where we need to be. We’ve got a good amount of land here where we grow a few different things depending on what time of year it is. The work follows the seasons, so some months are incredibly busy and others are about waiting and watching the weather. We don't have a fancy office building. Most of our work is done outside in the fields or in the sheds where we keep the equipment and the harvested crops. It’s a lot of physical labor. You wake up early, check the water, check the plants, and hope for the best. We have a few local hands who help us out when it’s time to harvest. It’s a quiet life for the most part, though there’s always something that needs fixing, like a fence or a pump. We’ve been on this land for a while and we’ve learned what grows well and what doesn’t in this soil. We aren't trying to be some massive industrial farm. We just want to produce decent stuff and take care of the land we have. Sometimes the rains don't come when they should, or a pest gets into the crops, and you just have to handle it. That's just part of being out here in Ranga Reddy Pally. We enjoy the work despite the challenges.
