Matco Agrichem Private Limited is based out at H.No 8-111, Sy.No 42P in Uppariguda. It’s in the Koheda Abdullapur Mettu Mandal area of Hayath Nagar. Being a bit further out means we have a bit more space, which is good because agrichem stuff can take up a lot of room. The drive out here can be a bit long depending on the traffic, but we like being closer to the actual farms. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We have a warehouse area and a small office where we handle the books. It’s not air-conditioned everywhere, so it gets hot in the afternoons, but that’s part of the deal. We spend a lot of time talking to local growers about what they need for their soil. We aren't experts at everything, but we’ve learned a lot over the years by just listening to the people who do the hard work. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up or we run out of a specific supply right when everyone needs it, which is frustrating. But we try to stay honest with people and tell them the truth about what we can do. It’s a grounded life out here in Hayath Nagar. No one is putting on airs. We’re just here to provide what we can and keep the business moving forward one day at a time. It's just a regular workplace with regular people.
