Rubiq It Services Private Limited is based in Kondapur, which is a very busy part of Hyderabad these days. We are in Flat 303 of the Avanthi Apartments in the Camelot Layout. It is a residential-looking building, so it doesn't feel like a cold office environment. We like the layout because it’s a bit more comfortable than a standard commercial block. We spend our days here working on various IT tasks. Since we are in 500083, we are right in the middle of all the tech action, but our specific street is a little tucked away from the main road noise. The team is quite small and we all know each other's names and families. There is no corporate ladder to climb here. We just divide the tasks and get them finished. We don't write big mission statements or use words like "synergy" or "innovation" in every sentence. We just fix what's broken and build what's needed. The air conditioner hums in the background and someone is usually making a phone call in the corner. It's a very grounded way to work. We don't have a fancy lobby with a logo on the wall. We just have our workstations and a lot of cables. It’s an honest living and we are happy to be doing it from our flat in Kondapur.
