You can find Planhub Solutions Private Limited over at Vasathi Anandi Apartments in Peeramcheru. We are in Flat C 209. It is a bit of a different vibe working out of an apartment complex rather than a glass office building, but it works for us. The area of Peeramcheru is a bit quieter than the center of Hyderabad, which is nice when you’re trying to concentrate on work. Sometimes the sounds from the apartment complex like kids playing or people moving around filter in, but we don’t mind it. It makes the place feel more alive. Our daily routine is pretty standard. We show up, get the computers running, and start working through our tasks for the day. Rangareddy has grown so much, and being out here means we avoid some of the worst traffic, though not all of it. The apartment itself is set up with everything we need to run things smoothly. We don't have a big HR department or any of those layers of management. It is just a small team of us handling the business side of things. We usually eat lunch together in the kitchen area. It’s a very informal way to work, and it keeps things honest. We just focus on getting our work finished so we can head home to our families at a decent hour. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of office for our little group.
