Marino Food Products Pvt. Ltd. is located out at Survey No 18 in Raj Bolaram. This is in the Medchal area, which is a bit away from the main city noise. Being out here gives us more room to handle the food processing. It’s a big site, and we have different sections for all the different stages of production. The air around here often smells like whatever we are making that day, which is usually something savory. We have quite a few people from the local village who come to work with us. It’s not like a sterile office job; it’s a food plant, so there’s a lot of movement and machinery. We have to be careful about cleanliness, so we spend a lot of time washing down the floors and the equipment. Medchal is growing, but Raj Bolaram still feels like the countryside in some ways. We have our own rhythm here. The trucks arrive early in the morning to pick up the crates and take them into the city. We spend our days checking the batches and making sure the packaging is done right. It’s a lot of routine work, but it’s important. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. We just focus on getting the food products out the door. It’s a practical business, and we just try to keep things running steady without too much fuss. Sometimes it gets stressful when the deadlines are tight, but we manage to get it done.
