About Hemanta – Agriculture & Farming in Rangareddy
We've been at Flat No.302 in Sai Ram Plaza for a while now. Most people know Manikonda is getting crowded, but our spot in Hanuman Nagar is okay. It’s just an apartment, nothing fancy. We have a couple of desks shoved against the walls and a coffee machine that leaks sometimes. Hemanta isn't a big operation. We just come in, do the work, and head home. Usually, the lift in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. The sunlight comes in through the balcony in the afternoons, which is nice but makes it hard to see the computer screens. We had to put up some old curtains to block the glare. We don't have a receptionist or anything. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets up to open it. Sometimes it's just the courier guy or someone looking for a different flat. We've got a few files stacked up in the corner because the cabinet is full. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. The neighbors are mostly families, so it stays pretty quiet during the day until the kids get home from school. We try not to make too much noise ourselves. It's a decent place to get things done without too much fuss. Just a small team trying to keep up with the daily tasks. We don’t really do lunch breaks together, everyone just eats at their desk when they have time.
