Bigwin Labs Privatelimited is actually located a bit outside the main city rush of Hyderabad. We are out in the Moinabad area, specifically beside the IOCL petrol bunk. Our office is at Syno 285 in Chilkur. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but the air is a little clearer and it’s definitely quieter than being in the middle of Madhapur. We work on various technical projects and lab-based tasks. The building we are in is quite simple and doesn't have any flashy signs. We just have our equipment and our desks set up for the work we do. It is a practical environment where we don't have to worry too much about the city noise. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of being in this area, but we have a generator to keep things running. We are a small group of people who have been doing this for a while. We don't spend money on marketing or fancy decorations. We just make sure the work we do is solid and that we meet our deadlines. Sometimes we walk over to the petrol bunk for a quick snack or just to stretch our legs during the day. It’s a very different pace than the big IT parks, and we honestly prefer it that way. It feels more like a real workplace where you can actually get things done without too many distractions.
