Our place is located at Door No 8-3-33/4, on Survey No 99 in Mailardevpally Village. This part of Rajendranagar Mandal is quite industrial, so there are always trucks moving and the sound of machines in the distance. Y Santosh Reddy Industry has its roots right here in this district. The workspace is simple and built for getting things done. It’s not a place for suits and ties. Most of us are in work clothes because things can get a bit dirty. We have a lot of equipment around and the layout is designed for moving materials in and out. The village setting means we are surrounded by other similar businesses. It’s a hard-working neighborhood. We’ve got a small office section for the paperwork, but most of the action happens on the main floor. The weather gets quite hot in the sheds during the summer months. We manage with big fans and plenty of water. It’s a straightforward environment. No one here is trying to impress anyone. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Mailardevpally has changed a lot over the years with more industries popping up, but our spot remains the same. It’s a practical location that allows us to operate without the constraints of the inner city. We just stay busy with the daily load and get things sorted as they come in.
