Our place, Avon Poly Plast, is right in Gaganpahad Village. We’re at Door No: 7-4-101/2. Being out in the Rajendranagar Mandal area means things are a bit quieter than the city, but it’s still busy enough. We work with plastics. It’s a lot of heat and molds. The shed gets stuffy in the summer months, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through. My family has lived around Ranga Reddy District for a long time. This business is how we make our living. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us. We get the raw materials in, process them, and send out the plastic goods. Some days are long, especially when a machine acts up. We usually have lunch together in the small room at the back. It’s mostly local people working here. Everyone knows each other. The village road can get a bit muddy when it rains, which makes it hard for the trucks. But we manage. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the quality is okay and the customers are happy enough to come back. It’s a simple setup. If you come by, you’ll probably find me near the extruder machines. That’s usually where the most work is happening. The smell of warm plastic is everywhere, but we don't mind it much.
